Gameplay Edit. Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light is a twin stick shooter, a first for the series. The campaign is playable in local co-op or online co-op. The campaign is also available in solo with the player controlling Lara, who has some of Totec's abilities to assist in solving puzzles. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light follows Lara as she goes in search of the Mirror of Smoke, an ancient artifact located in a ruin known as the Temple of Light. When she finally reaches the mirror, she is ambushed by a mercenary army who takes the mirror and release an evil entity.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is an action adventure game of Tomb Raider by Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix. This title it’s a top down platformer, but with a semi open world. This game is a Tomb Raider series like Lara Croft and The Temple of Osiris including exploration, discovery, platforming, and puzzle solving. This game with fun fast paced combat mechanics, and elements of human cooperation to solved the problem like puzzle. It’s a very nice game to play in single player mission and with a friend in multiplayer. The puzzles in Guardian of Light are nice and the story is great combine with great gameplay. The series started including more and more levels that took place in very Tomb Raider locations.
This game is great, simple, top down role playing game mix shooter with some puzzle elements. The game feels very strange after pretty much playing every single Tomb Raider game but great. In game, there will be puzzles abound, many secrets to discover, and lots and lots of guns. There is a lot of combat too so it does get old so the overall balance. The gameplay is very quick, as Lara Croft you have to move and shoot a lot. You are exploring different archeological ruins and solve puzzles in them. You have option to collect relics and upgrades more ammo and health. You have to work with your coop partner to solve them. It’s a very nice game to play solo and with a friend.

Although Sakuya's dresses are a bit too perverted. Plus, you have French talking Waka, whcih will encourage kids to learn French.The sake, It is a small part in the game, beside Orochi and power-ups. I myself did not know what sake was until I looked it up, so that would just fly over kid's heads like a airplane.Overall, it is my #1 game I have ever played and if you don't have it.GET IT! 
But it has funny flitacoius scene when Issun meets the Queen and he falls off Ammy's head with little hearts.This game can encourage kids to learn about different people and their beliefs and a different culture's mythology, not just Greek or Roman.
