The DLC has a total of 9 files to be found.
01 – Briefing Document

Room: Entrance Corridor
This document is one of two files that can be found in Chris' inventory once you gain control of Chris. After gaining control of him, wait for the dialogue to end then select the document from your inventory and choose to examine the document to get credit for it. This will be the left document in the row of two documents in your inventory.

03 – ANTI-REGEN AMMO – RAMRODS

When Chris makes it to the red door in the contaminated area (where Fumers spawn and you have to run from them), move down the corridor in the room and this document will be on a shelf to the left beside the first pickup of RAMROD ammo.
04 – NIGHT VISION DEVICE

When Chris makes it to the red door in the contaminated area (where Fumers spawn and you have to run from them), move down the corridor in the room and this document will be on a low shelf directly ahead along with the night vision device pickup.
05 – Eveline Observation Log
Area:Research Facility
Room: Experiment Room
Down the entrance corridor of the lab, Chris will step through some blue double doors on the left side of the hall into a room where two Fumers can be seen in a white room behind some glass in the back. Step into the white room and kill off the Fumers then get ready to kill the Claw Molded that spawns behind Chris. This document will be lying on a tray around the center of the room.

As Chris goes further down the Entrance Corridor, past the double doors, he will encounter a Molded on a bed that will come alive and attack him. Check the papers that hang out of the locker across from the foot of the bed to get this document.
07 – Email Log

Enter the hallway then step into the room Lucas was in after he runs. Examine the laptop that Lucas was looking at to get this document.

09 – Note on the Wall

Walk past the tape recorder and item crate in the back of the room and there will be a white board above a counter as you move toward the locked door at the end. This note will be on the white board - it's above a handgun ammo pickup.

How To Download Resident Evil 7 Not A Hero DLCAs the Not A Hero DLC is not a part of the Resident Evil 7 Expansion Pass, it will need to be downloaded separately from the main game bundle. For PS4 or Xbox One, simply search for Not A Hero in each console’s respective online storefront.
After downloading and installing the add-on, Not A Hero will be selectable from the main game menu.For users of the PC version of Resident Evil 7 on Steam, navigate to the Steam Store search and type in “Not A Hero” and click the appropriate entry. It will be marked as “Free to Play” in the search results pop-up. Click the green install button. This will launch the base Resident Evil 7 executable and trigger the download of Not A Hero. Simply exit the game and the download will continue via Steam.

Once that is done, you can restart the base game and fire up Not A Hero from the main menu.If this fails to get the DLC working for your Resident Evil 7 version, try right-clicking on the Resident Evil 7 entry in your game library and select “View Downloadable Content”. Deselect the checkbox for Not A Hero and then reselect the checkbox. This should trigger the download and put you on your way to enjoying the new update.
